City on a Hill is one of Massachusetts’ first charter schools with the upcoming 2022-2023 school year being our 28th year of operation. As we prepare for another school year, City on a Hill is seeking dedicated educators and operations staff to support the empowerment of our students.
Role Description
The City on a Hill Teaching Fellow Program (TFP) is designed to nurture and grow the next generation of COAH teachers with an explicit focus on recruiting individuals that reflect the diversity of COAH’s student body. The Teaching Fellow Program is a one-year program (beginning in mid August) intended to train individuals interested in a career teaching in urban public charter schools.
Fellows are full-time employees of the school, and will work closely with their manager, teacher-mentor, administrators and wider community to ensure proper implementation of school practices and policies.
